It works, sometimes I can’t access from the app, so I have to use the website, and the statistical data in the overview section never worked it’s always 0
New update is buggy!
I updated and now the app is full of bugs!! The update needs and update like NOW!! Cannot connect to my plant continuously; took forever to reconnect and now gone again…getting actual code when trying to refresh! Just crazy! Please allow us to go back to previous version ASAP!

Good but not great
Lots of good features but 1) Total battery SOC still doesn’t show up on Overview page. 2) Grid icon used to be green when utility power is available, and gray when there is no utility power. That feature is gone now. 3) Notifications still broken. 4) PV power is counted as income. But also Utility power consumed. It should not consider Utility Power as income.

Thanks for the nice visual updates to version 4.0.0. The information is easily visualized on the opening overview screen, and that’s a huge plus.

SYSTEM SHUTDOWN WITH NO RECORDED ALARM HISTORY
My system shut down on Alarm no 18 but could not trace which component was responsible and the settings are not known. There is need to be more specific on shutdown components to aide troubleshooting.

The total battery module SOC is not on the Overview page. You need two or three taps to find it.
It should be on the top overview screen as it is one of the most important items.

Great app but some things don’t work
1. SOC notifications do not work (iOS).
2. Filter settings for Overview graph keep getting reset. Settings should stay selected or deselected.
3. Overview graph for All should show Total Battery Module SOC.

Issue
Hello, since last update my solar system it is a mess. Solar panels are generating 2000w but on the grip I’m exporting 7000w. Can you please have a look into this ?
