It Works! Much Better than Anticipated. Here’s Why

This app places your plane at the center of the screen and a map moves below. The surprise is that you can add real time rain, cloud, pressure and/or wind levels. Imagine flying above a hurricane and you can see the real time eye of the hurricane ahead. This app will guide you there. It also clears up space on your monitor by moving the map function to an iPhone, iPad, windows or android device. FSWidgets is worth every bit of the price! I went out and bought a $70 tablet and now have a nice little map to look at— outside the sim.

A great MM app!

I use it all the time in XPlane. I thought at one point we were able to see taxiway designations. Did these go away or is that a scenery function?
