Amazing support!
I had trouble setting up the apps. Fermin responded promptly to my request for help and patiently walked me through it. It turned out that my Mac was blocking parts of the app. It turned out to be an easy solution. He was very helpful; I’m very happy with the apps!
One of the Big Three
This app, along with FSWidgets QuickPlan and EFB are the “Big Three” for my iPad. I plan using nothing but QuickPlan. If it is a short GA flight, EFB comes out. However, if I have a long flight–Large GA,COMAIR or MILAIR–a “serious” sim flight challenge, iGMapHD is the answer. It combines all the necessary elements - seamlessly takes a QuickPlan flight plan - has all the maps and charts you could want - the weather options are awesome. If you are using real world weather in the sim - you NEED this app. The high definition of the maps are excellent. The satellite map, not only looks great, it allows pure, realistic VFR navigation with enhanced scenery packages. Of course the moving map display is a great feature…and a rock solid feature at that. Nary a dropped link-up but if it does happen, you’ll be resented in seconds. iGMapHD is a workhorse with the speed and finesse of a thoroughbred!

Outstanding, reliable map for flight sims
For FSX, X-Plane and FS2004 this is a fantastic moving map for iPad! With latest NEXRAD and single-click airport info (Freqs, ILS, runways) you can't beat it.
Super simple to set up - just download network utility for PC side and you're ready to fly. It's worth checking the developers page out as there are a ton of equally cool apps for flight planning and following on laptops, you name it, he's got it.

Modern GPS navigation
This is a fantastic and necessary addition to X-Plane. It gives modern GPS navigation capabilities to any X-Plane aircraft. I strongly recommend it.
Indispensable tool for the full flying experience
As an avid X-Plane user, I was excited to come across this application, which, at the very least, eliminates the need for going back and forth between flying and the Local Map—which interrupts the whole flying experience. Seeing where you are "in space" makes flying much easier (especially VFR airport patterns where you can see your relationship to the runways). But so much more beyond that: multiple choices for maps (love the ability to switch easily between Sectionals and Hi and Low IFR charts), overlays, weather, and navigation aids. Zoom in for airport diagrams—great for taxiing. DropBox integration allows easy loading of X-Plane .fms files for plotting flight plans. The only thing on my wish list is pop-up approach plates, but that's asking for the moon.
Best of all—great support. Fast, thorough, thoughtful, and personal responses from the developer.
