I’ve tried to log out delete the app restart my phone and nothing works. For monthssss now it’s been like this. I would like to hold books and I cannot.

App never works. Can’t review it beyond that. It just doesn’t work.

The app doesn't recognize that I'm connected to the internet. Been trying to download for months and months. Please fix! I love the fvrl website and really want to use the app.
Not (yet) working ?
In autumn 2023 there was notice of app down for improvements coming in early 2024. It’s now past mid 2024 without updates. I took the app off my phone and will wait for notice at the library website that it’s live again. Upside - I can do what I need on the website.

This app was so great until it stopped working. Really disappointed that we can’t use it anymore.

Unable to connect to server
Haven’t been able to open the app in months. It used to work, so a recent “update” must be to blame.
App not working on IOS
The app was working with no problems for about a year. After an update a couple months ago, it does not work at all. I’m connected to the internet but it keeps saying there is a network error and to confirm I have internet access. I kept uninstalling and reinstating the app periodically but the issue has not been fixed.

When is the new app coming!
I’d love to use the new app that has been mentioned on the library website for months. Today, I find no mention of the app or it’s expected release. It would be nice to have a working app again!
Used to work great. Now no longer connects.
Stopped updating. Tried signing out and it says failed to connect. Removed app from phone, redownloaded & installed from App Store, immediately shows error that it can’t connect. Don’t even get prompted to login. Used to work great. Now won’t even connect to offer login page..?

It used to work flawlessly and for the past several months the app won’t connect to the server and is rendered completely useless
Stopped working
Worked great until recently. And now the app doesn’t recognize that I’m connected to the internet. Did a reset the phone, all updates, and it is still not working.
Was a great app until it stopped working
I’ve used this app for years and for months now it says it can’t connect to the server. My elementary aged child is disappointed too that it’s not as easy to place a hold on books anymore. Please fix this issue.
Great Until It Stopped Working
The app stopped working recently and I’ve tried everything I can think of with no success. It just tells me it cannot connect to server. Really bummed because I used this app constantly for years to put books on hold.

Doesn’t work
I can’t even use the app. I just get a black screen saying there is no internet connection when I download it just fine. Tried both WiFi and cell data with the same error.
Cannot connect to library or server EVER
The app used to work great and now won’t update. You can change your holds or even look to see if the library Carrie’s anything because it always says “cannot connect to library server”
Never updated to keep working?!?
It has worked flawlessly until the second to last or so update on iOS. It now doesn’t update your checkouts etc. I uninstalled and reinstalled hoping that would fix it but now I can’t even get it to recognize I’m connected to internet to let me log in.

Trash app that rarely works. UI from 2003 and there’s never any updates. Don’t bother.
