This app stopped working
This app has not worked for me for over three months now does not login says it is unable to connect to my information needs to be looked at says it was updated two days ago, but I don’t know if it’s the update or if it’s something else is wrong. I have deleted and re-downloaded this app twice to no avail still does not work to this day.

Not happy‼️‼️
This app is never updated and it doesn’t allow you to knock things off the network that are connected to you. I dont want things paused how about temoved. Besides that your app doesn’t work and your tech team when you call always have to do a ticket
Internet
Our internet is lousy it goes in and out when ever. Sometimes you can’t get on the internet and even when it states it’s on. The speeds are too low here in the south. You could be doing important papers etc. And on the web and it will freeze or drop off. There’s times we had to reboot the thing over five times or more in one day. Fiber optics is the best and it too has its down falls. You would think for the money that’s paid for the internet you would be getting fiber optics or a great set up. It’s like giving your money away .

Days like today are exhausting! Internet completely breaking up! Slow sluggish and streaming is a nightmare! Today the service only gets a 2 and that’s being nice today!
A Lot Of Control At Your Fingertips
Definitely a great app. I can manage the internet connection to everything linked to my Wi-Fi and name each of them so I know exactly what device is connected, which gives me control over what’s on or off at any moment. My only complaint is I wish I could also pay my bill from this app. As far as I know going to the FTC website is my only digital option and I’m really use to paying through my apps as kind of a one stop shop. If that feature were added I’d be giving this 5 stars no problem.

WiFi app
FTC doesn’t train its employees to understand this app. This is not a secure app. Use this with caution. Good luck with locating help through their customer service and technical support. I experienced several devices connecting to my internet. I have very long and hard passwords. No one has been able to answer my questions.

Great control over my kids devices
Priority
The app works fine except when I try to prioritize devices. As soon as I click prioritize the app just spins and freezes. I’ve tried it on multiple devices so it can’t be a device issue. Please fix this.
Technical help from FTC
Dion was superb in finding out what was wrong with my internet! He was very professional, polite, and helpful. He worked for about 40 minutes until he determined the problem. Dion represents FTC well!

I like it when I get alerts of new devices connect to the WIFI so I know who is on & if not ours we can disconnect them.
Great functionality
I love using the app to know when new users are added to my network. (Helps to know when my kids get home.) also like being able to do speed test remotely.
