Home Club Issue
I joined Satrio Club before it officially opened, and my membership contract clearly states Satrio as my home club. However, the app currently shows Benhil as my default location, and all upcoming classes are listed under Benhil. This mismatch has made it difficult to access relevant schedules, as I now have to manually filter every time I want to view Satrio classes.
I’ve raised this with the staff, but was informed that the home club cannot be changed in the system. This leaves me with a frustrating user experience—especially since the app is not yet intuitive to navigate. The extra steps add unnecessary time and friction to what should be a seamless process.
