Password reset each time
This app says my password is invalid each time I login. When I reset the password, using very strong generated passwords, it says the password is weak. Then it is a 50/50 chance that it will recognize the new password. Incredibly frustrating. Basically useless
Locked out of the app and support team wasn’t helpful
I was locked out of the app. I contacted the support team and their only solution was to create a new password and use that to log back in. I told them I had already tried this several times, then they closed my ticket.
Why isn’t it working?
Did the app get updated? And if it did why did it get made worse and harder to use? I have deleted the app and reloaded it. I’ve logged out and logged back in and still can’t access and book in my classes easily. I asked at the office in my gym and that’s all they suggested. So it’s still not working.

Broken, unusable app.
Asks you to select a photo to join a club, once you pick a photo and try to hit submit it says “please choose a profile photo”. So yeah. You just can’t join a club cos of bad app coding
Location services needed?
After the last update the app now requires my location services to be on to check in, even though the app does not have a permission request for this.
Bluetooth is active, and previously this is all I needed to scan into my gym.
Today I couldn’t do this unless locations services were active. If the app is requiring location there should be a permission request at the very least to do this but there is none, and no toggle switch in the app permissions.
Please add this permission or remove the location requirement as Bluetooth permission should be all that is required.
