Unable to login since update
Since the update every time I try to log in I receive and error message of “You have reached the maximum number of allowed devices. Please contact the facility.” Why. I never had this problem before, I have reached out to customer support and have not heard back yet. Frustrating.
Doesn’t let me login or set up account

Junk app doesn’t work anymore, run out of Indians? Straight up nothing works. Entire app function has cease to exist. Like how do i get into the gym when this app is coded by kids?
As useful as a brick
When I launch the app it says "test starting" and automatically tries to log in and bricks itself. Cannot use the app.
Not usable on iOS 26.5.2
On an iPhone 12 Pro, with iOS 26.5.2 the app is no longer usable. I’ve tried uninstalling and installing again along with a hard reboot of the iPhone. Of course, also did a normal power off and power on. Will update my rating if this gets fixed.
Latest update broke it
Your latest update says “test starting” when you open app and you can’t click on anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled and now can’t even log in due to being unresponsive

The latest update completely broke the app. Nothing works anymore.

Garbage. Newest update broke the app. Once logged in the whole app locks up and is unusable. Unable to access the gym because of this.

App frozen after update
I just updated the app a few hours ago and now it’s completely frozen! I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and now I can’t even login. I drove all the way to my 24/7 gym for nothing!

This app is buggy and I can’t log into my account payed 5 dollars and can’t use the gym will never get it back thanks gymaster.
Latest Update Completely Broken
After the latest update today (21/07/26), the app is completely unusable on iOS. Opening the app led to a completely frozen screen on the bookings page, with no interaction possible. After deleting and reinstalling, the app freezes on the login screen, with the error “Email not found or password is incorrect” with no way to move forward.

Completely unusable app
I open the app and it automatically tries to login with blank fields then says incorrect email or password and freezes. Worthless.

My app wouldn’t connect to the door reader and won’t log me back in after logging out claiming I am logged in on too many devices. very frustrating.
Sad
This is app is only good for checking in, keeping track of the times you’ve visited the gym and billing. Other than that, the exercises section—horrible. Not that I use it but it could’ve been nice to when I first started going to the gym. The workouts section…like what even is that for? You type anything in to the search bar and the only thing that comes up is “no data.” The ONLY reason I have this app is because it’s how I get into the gym. Besides that it’s AWFUL!

Notes to workout
I wish there an option to add a Freeform note to any of the days to better keep track of which workouts I did, the reps, etc.

Password reset each time
This app says my password is invalid each time I login. When I reset the password, using very strong generated passwords, it says the password is weak. Then it is a 50/50 chance that it will recognize the new password. Incredibly frustrating. Basically useless
Locked out of the app and support team wasn’t helpful
I was locked out of the app. I contacted the support team and their only solution was to create a new password and use that to log back in. I told them I had already tried this several times, then they closed my ticket.
get rid of the door unlock chime in app please
when i check into my gym your app chimes and it turns off the audio to my headphones, there is no obvious way to turn off in-app sounds in your app
Please remove check in sound
There was an update that does added a check in sound, and this pauses any music that’s playing. Kills the vibe entering the gym.
