點開app提示要更新，跳轉到app store，卻並沒有可更新的版本！

Total garbage, the development team should all be fired as it make customers impossible to access the bank and make them super angry before business starts, genius.
Waste your time
The app just doesn’t focus and it takes 2 hours for opening a bank acct but in the end you still failed.

Terrible App design
Terrible app design and app experience.
1. It doesn’t have a go back or return page function. If something messed up you can’t undo it.
2. The upload document doesn’t work sometimes. Which means that you can’t move on either because you didn’t upload any document. So you would have to restart all over again.
3. The instructions do not meet with Fubon actual requirements. I have been told by their representatives that certain field does not do what it means do that I would have to resubmit another application again.
4. Overall a very buggy app. Too many occasions that could lead you to a point where you would have to restart the entire process again.

Branch staff asked me to download app to open acct because no staff available. But the app is stupid and can never capture my id photo. Stupid customer service experience and app. Same problem occurred years ago and response has not changed. They don’t even want to improve. Stupid

Scan ID not working
Tried million times but still not working. The app forces your phone turning the torch on and says poor lighting condition. What a joke.

認身份又難，認到又要認兩次，次次都搞鬼死咁耐。最後叫認到了，OCR都啱晒資料，竟然又話質素唔得。質素真係唔得嘅話咁你OCR又啱？？！！ 技術唔得就唔好學人哋虛擬銀行咁開戶，你估香港真係得你一間銀行啊！相信一定損失好多新客
