Simplicity FTW!
I have tried at least two other budget apps and they both gave me and my spouse headaches. They were just too complicated and involved too many steps to manually update my budget. Fudget is much simpler. My only gripes are that I wish I could mark part of a budget item as paid (like if I only spent $100 on a $400 grocery budget) and I wish there were more colours but I don’t think those are big enough complaints to warrant the loss of a star. The only downside is that my spouse has updated to the latest version of iOS and so her balance bar has disappeared. Mine is still there because I’m on a lower version and not planning on updating anytime soon because of that. We emailed them about the issue and they responded back saying that the app can’t be updated without deleting everyone’s data and that they’re working on Fudget 2. I hope that’s soon because I really like Fudget 1.

SR/Fixed Income Blessing
Dropbox makes it easy for my wife and me to always know what each has entered instantly so we are always on the same spending page, so to speak. Also, I keep a “protein budget” and a “hydration budget”. As a senior, I have a diminished appetite and sense of thirst. By daily “budgeting,” I am able to track my intake of both.

App completely changed now
This app used to help me with all my bills. Well, not anymore. The running balance has disappeared completely which has made this app completely useless. I even emailed the guy who made the app- or at least he says he created it- and told him of all the new issues this app has now- tons of screwed up bills and his columns of numbers just moving themselves around to how IT wants it to be and not how you spent hours arranging them- I NEVER GOT ANY RESPONSE! I PAID FOR THIS APP ON EACH OF THREE PHONES JUST TO GET MESSED OVER LATER. Thank you for ruining my experience with your company!

This is the IDEAL app & system for $mgmt&budgets
I have tried several, from apps to the "old fashioned" pencil to paper bookkeeping method. and there is nothing compares with how well the Fudget system works for me. It is direct, clear, non-fussy, and the placement of everything makes provides ease of use. And, it doesn't take hours to manage & everything is COMPLETE. Right there in front me -no stress and no worry that I've made mistakes. BEST SYSTEM!

Easiest app for budgeting!
Couldn’t be more pleased with the app, it makes budgeting and tracking expenses so easy! Highly recommend!
Convenience
I love how easy it makes sticking to a budget. Having everything laid out and tallied up as soon as you but it in. Makes keeping track of everything, and due dates, a lot easier.
Simplicity
This is super easy and does exactly what I need. My one request would be an option for auto Dropbox syncing to ease the use for couples sharing a budget.
Efficient and Simple
I needed an app where I can track as money comes and goes and so far this is the best one. I love the simplicity and ability to order by date, see running balance and easily edit income/expenses.

This is a simple straightforward app that does exactly what I need. I actually appreciate it not trying to attach to my bank accounts as the other apps I tried that did that just got too convoluted and complicated. This takes a bit more manual entry but I see that as better control. Love it so far.
Superb
I’ve been using the free version of Fudget and it’s pretty much all that I was looking for in a budgeting app: free, simple and easy to use. A few other ones I’ve tried were a bit much in terms of features and options, at least for me. I recently upgraded to the paid version because I forgot there was one. The free one is just that good!

Using this app to redo a house…I have a budget for each room & Fudget makes it very easy to input expenses! I can clearly see where I’ve spent too much & where I can spend a little more!
Solid and simple, few suggestions
Just bought this and it’s been great. A few requests: Could you automate the Dropbox syncing? Allow one to set a default sorting option (I have to choose the sorting each time i enter a new entry). Also, could you add split-screen and slide-over support in the iPad version? Thanks!

Love it, but it’s buggy
I love, love using this app. It keeps me in control of my spending easily. But it is starting to run really buggy. Some actions take a while to happen. Swiping left on an item can take many, many tries before it actually work. I hope the developer continues to update this app.
So useful and reliable
I love this app. Have been using it for a couple of years and it hasn’t failed me yet. I use it to track my income and spending biweekly. This has worked the best for me in sticking to my budget and remaining consistent.
User friendly app
Great budget (e-checkbook) app. FUDGET is extremely easy to use which allows me to know exactly how I’m sitting on my finances. My only complaint is, I really wished the pro version allowed my spouse to also enjoy the app, and see live up to date transactions without having to go through Dropbox.
Just what I was looking for
It’s easy and basic. I have downloaded so many but this one I kept because it’s so easy to use. Only negative thing is wish it would save to ICloud😔
