About
Fuel Tracker is a food journal for people on a medical weight loss plan, including the Medi-Weightloss way of eating: lean protein counted by the ounce, carbohydrates counted in grams, healthy fats by the serving.
Most nutrition apps want a barcode for everything and bury you in numbers you don't need. This one works the way your plan does.
LOG A MEAL IN SECONDS
• Pick the protein tier, VLP, LP or MP, enter the ounces, and the calories are computed for you
• Carbs and fats are counted by serving, with net carbs against your daily limit
• Recent foods and quick-add favorites, so the second time is one tap
• Meals grouped by breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack, swipe to delete
MORNING CHECK-IN
• Ketones by blood meter, breath meter or strips, shown on a ketosis gauge
• Weight, with the change since your last entry
• Energy, hunger and sleep in one tap each
SEE THE WEEK MOVE
• Days on plan, average net carbs, weight change and ketone trend
• A week-in-review card you can share with your coach
• Full history on a calendar, never deleted, with a monthly PDF export for clinic visits
OPTIONAL, ALL OFF BY DEFAULT
• iCloud sync between your iPhone and iPad, using your own iCloud
• Apple Health: saves your weight, shows steps and workouts
• Barcode scanner that looks up net carbs
• Home screen widget with carbs left and protein progress
• Daily reminders for the check-in and for days with nothing logged
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Everything is stored on your device, or in your own iCloud if you turn sync on. Nothing is sent to us. Export a backup any time.
