I wouldnt suggest this app any longer. I had been using it frequently and found it helpful as I am very busy and also let’s face it it’s dangerous getting gas in New Orleans. I got a membership and without a warning the price of membership changed and there is no reminder when you are about to be charged again. I had not been able to schedule a service since paying $24.99 for a membership this month. I canceled it before I would be charged again only to have them immediately cancel my membership. I inquired via text(help) then sent an email. I was told it was in the TERMS of SERVICE. I read them before sending the email. It’s not clear. Also, doing whatever you want by hiding clauses in a TERMS of SERVICE may be legal but it’s not ethical and so why would I want to support this company any longer? I appreciated the service when it was given, but the lack of responsibility and raising prices whenever they want and canceling a service that was fully paid for has lost me forever as a customer and I imagine that continued service like this will not hold up as a good business model. I would have loved to remain a customer, but as a small business owner myself customers want to feel appreciated not like a nuisance and especially if they are holding memberships. This is really terrible and I am sad to be writing such a negative review. This comes only after realizing they would only default to poor clauses written out. Those clauses are for businesses that intend to put profits ahead of customer care and I dont support that.

FuelUp has changed my life, truly. It saves me the time of having to go to the gas stations and the possibilities of getting robbed is the biggest relief, especially these days! Be smart and call FuelUp Nola!
My favorite service/app!
This app and service has truly improved my life. It’s easy to set up. The fees are fair and absolutely worthwhile. I feel safer using FuelUp, not just because I can avoid going to gas stations alone but because it helps me avoid running out of gas, which could be far more dangerous. I am not yet a member because I typically only refuel 1-2x/month, but I’m considering joining so I can have my tires refilled as well—something I never think to do myself. The service providers are super quick and reliable. I can put in an order at 8am when I arrive at the office and be refueled by 9am. I highly recommend FuelUp… It is hands down my favorite app/service. So grateful it exists.

Best App Ever
One of the best services to ever have at your fingertips! Always available, make it to your car on time, and no stopping at the gas stations. I have been using their services since last year around hurricane season and they came to my rescue when gas was unavailable and gas stations had long lines. They have been the best ever since that day and I’m happily to pay my monthly subscription to them! Who ever created this app and service is absolutely brilliant and I’m definitely grateful that I found them!

Cross your fingers and hope that you can schedule
They are rarely available. Plan your gas needs 2-3 days in advance if you want to get any value out of this. They also lecture you about leaving your gas tank open if it takes more than 30 seconds to unlock your car. You’ll only get 1 or 2 fill ups of inflated priced gas per month for the fee. Not worth it.

Convenient
If you hate stopping to get gas or scared to stop at gas stations this is the perfect app! With this app you schedule someone to come to you and fuel up your vehicle! I’ve used it twice so far, once at work and one other time while I was home. They are clean, efficient, and quick. I highly recommend it.

Amazing App and Concept
Amazing concept in a world of uncertainty and change! One less thing I need to remember to stop and do with so many work and family errands daily, and so little time. The guy who came out today was so so nice and thanked me several times for trying them out, I wish I would remember his name! He was professional and down to earth, so important when you are the face that shows up for the business! Loved everything about this experience!
