Best refueling experience

The app is really simple to use and makes it quick and easy to get fuel and be back on the road, highly recommend. It even automatically directs your to your nearest fuel station and has a map with prices so you can plan your trips!

Great app

Use this app every week to fill up at various locations around Brisbane and find the app so user friendly. It’s definitely easier to use than going to a standard fuel station.

Handy locations

Went past loads of these sites on a recent trip from Brisbane to Victoria. Some even felt like I was a VIP using the app.

Garbage

This app is terrible. The only way to receive fuel in Bollon Qld is via this app, there is also very poor service in Bollon. To download the app took an hour, once downloaded the app has failed to verify my phone number to begin the process of getting the account, for 3 days. There is no where in the app to request help or submit problems or any numbers to call etc. not only that, the sign on the diesel pump says “turn off all mobile phones” but you literally need the phone for the fuel, that’s besides the app not working. It will be costing IOR a tonne of money in Bollon and leaving a lot of people stranded. Absolutely shocking app

Still some bugs to fix

Hi folks, when you add the email pop up, the app successfully moves to the verification code input, but the small delay till email arrives results in the pop up terminating and returning to main screen. Tried three times and failed to catch the pop up. Latest IOS on XSMax phone. If you did not save your name before, then it’s start over again. Getting ready to use the app but this part could be looked at to just hold the pop up timer or whatever on to complete. Just FYI.

Really easy to use!

Super easy to use. Fuelled my ute in Charlton and hit the road faster than going into any servo in town. Great to have access to invoices in the app to claim back the money through work and the money left over from the pre authorisation was released within a few minutes.

App crashes

I never received an invoice via email. The app crashes when I select Accounts. I rang customer support & they said we’d send you an invoice which never arrived. iPhone 11 IOS 14.1

Don’t bother!! Complete waste of time!

Easy to download etc but doesn’t work! Took almost an hour loading app, reloaded app as it wouldn’t open, trying different cards (debit & credit) but still no joy.
