Loving using the app. Since the up date seems to be easier to use and visually looks better to and I have saved a small fortune. I am checking more and more before I buy things to see if I can save some money. Highly recommend.
Terrible
the new update is so clunky. Trying to check an instant voucher balance used to take a second or two....put it back the way it used to be please.
Re-Brand has led to glitches
The reliability of this app taking payments for re-loadable gift cards has taken a severe knock since rebranding to Engage.
Quite often I’m left just resorting to paying with my normal debit card in Tesco as opposed to using the re-loadable gift card on my account and missing out on my savings.

Buggy
Rarely works. Generally have to top up cards online. Previous version was must better
Step backward
Not as good as the old Gateway app, which was clean and intuitive. This app is badly laid out and the Add To Basket functionality needs a serious review- two clicks required to achieve a one-click function? Frustrating.
