Am a member for many years with account, unable to sign in. Had to use guest checkout, so unable to use promo code
(Not member) unable to get large purchase on monthly terms.

Even when I put my membership details in nothing was updated.
Found it very frustrating and so time consuming, that I wondered why I was purchasing from John Lewis!
