I bought a £125 hoodie from Flannels and it was the wrong size. Not only have I had to pay £6.99 delivery which for an item of this price is a joke, I have had to pay £6.99 to return the wrong size, and then another £6.99 to have the correct size delivered.

Absolutely horrible and disgusting online shopping experience ! Ordered 2 items worth £135 and paid £6.99 ! Not only the items came too small but I have to pay extra £6.99 again for shipping ! There is zero help from online and forget about any help from store if you have bought online ! You will be like an alien to the store staff if you bought it online ! Will be deleting the app once I get the refund ! If you are really desperate and want to buy designer clothes then either buy directly from the preferred brand or just go to the store ! Please don’t buy online ! 👎👎👎👎
