Some glitches
I have used LUISAVIAROMA many times and have always been very satisfied with their service, products and delivery. They are a great company. Their app and website have some glitches. As a returning customer the site said both that my email was invalid and when I tried to reset my password that the email was already on their system. I reset with my wife’s email and then my postcode was invalid. I entered my data in several ways and the postcode was accepted only if it was the first item in my address to be entered. PayPal diverted to its Italian site twice and payment failed. Credit card payment glitched out too before finally working. Took an hour to buy the shoes which was annoying. Looking forward to delivery which I am sure will be fast and efficient as before. If I were the company I would have a conversation with my web provider.
