Loved the app however with the new update, you loose everything that you had in your wish list and you have to sign it every time where as before you wouldn’t need to sign in so its abit annoying

Terrible experience with Flannels. I was told my order would be delivered and it never arrived, yet I was still left waiting around with no proper communication or resolution. Customer service has been extremely frustrating — constant chasing for updates, long investigation times, and no urgency whatsoever. For a company of this size, the service has been genuinely disappointing. I definitely won’t be ordering again after this experience.

I love flannels but I always find that when you try and buy something it isn’t clear on vouchers or deals you get. I also think it’s hard to return through local stores

but one day i wanted to order something and wouldn’t let me pay, contacted customer support where i said i tried two different cards and they believe i wasn’t a genuine transaction and therefore unable to use the app, huge shame considering ive placed orders before
