KEEPS CRASHING
This APP keeps crashing when searching for products, after about 8 minutes it crashes and then I have to start from the beginning. Very frustrating. Developers need to fix this problem.
Issue placing order
Tried multiple times over the last 24 hours to place the same order & just keeps sticking at the final step. Poor system.

i wish i could give zero start .
This app is a nightmare who ever created it needs to be sued so frustrating , having the worst experience trying to return an order . The functions are useless cant even download my return form . If you care for your mental health dont use this rubbish app

Loved the app however with the new update, you loose everything that you had in your wish list and you have to sign it every time where as before you wouldn’t need to sign in so its abit annoying

Terrible experience with Flannels. I was told my order would be delivered and it never arrived, yet I was still left waiting around with no proper communication or resolution. Customer service has been extremely frustrating — constant chasing for updates, long investigation times, and no urgency whatsoever. For a company of this size, the service has been genuinely disappointing. I definitely won’t be ordering again after this experience.
