Broken app!

Utterly shambolic app. Despite multiple updates that they have rolled out across several years, the app still lacks basic functionality such as being able to save a product to your wish list in the app, or view previous order history etc. I also have sporadic issues where my rewards information does not display correctly , with one page saying I’m signed in and another showing me as signed out. I’ve also had issues placing an order, being prompted to sign in when already in the check out and signed in! Come on Harrods, do better!

Slow! Full of bugs.

Can’t access basic informations such as my transactions, earned points.
Keeps loading for hours.
I would expect better than this from Harrods.

Rubbish

Probably the worst app for any luxury store that I’ve had. Always issues with logging in and when you want to use the app in store you never can as it states “something has gone wrong, please try again later”
