Poor Search Engine and Variable Specifications
The search engine, brings back non relevant results,s for example, I specified a king size fitted bed sheet and got a result for a single.
Out of stock items included in search, not very helpful.
Finally, check the spec. for the depth of bed sheets, according to the spec. Deep should have been ideal for the bed but one product labelled as deep had a depth of 40cm and another of 30cm.

Who wrote this app?? Can John Lewis please apply some more rigorous quality control here for the contractor that wrote this app??
I shipped iOS apps before. There is no way you need to lock out users on older iOS versions to achieve what this app is doing, unless the dev was being lazy and built the app using the latest code packages which has iOS version restrictions that require newer iOS versions.
Can we please make it usable on older iOS versions as well?? So that you don’t put an iOS version requirement out there unnecessarily.
