I have been a customer for many years both on line and I store. The customer service is always consistent and reliable. John Lewis sell quality branded products and competitive prices and offers, if there is a problem they are always happy to try and solve it. The John Lewis app allows customers view and buy products with ease and return if unwanted with the same ease. I love that all receipts are keep on the app if you use the John Lewis Card.

Updates frustrating
It operates well and functions but frustratingly there are waaay too many updates its constant! The IT team needs to think about the customer experience, can they save the updates and group them together?
If I find there is an update now I actually sometimes don’t use the app and I’ll find another retailer.

I wanted to buy a second item but the system would not let you sadly, guess to add on postage 😕

My nearest John Lewis is now sadly over an hour away but ordering online and collecting at my local post office is a really quick and easy way to help with this. Really easy ordering and deliveries are always really reliable and speedy considering where I now live.
