Simple to order a nice shirt
I saw a branded shirt on the brand’s own website which was out of order. I checked the John Lewis website who had the same shirt on same. It was an easy process to order - happy days.
Better than others
As we have been one an app world one had to put up with the pitfalls and benifit of them. This app is one of the better ones. Provides options to view without having to click on items. Returns you to the place you were instead of the beginning. Only downfall is that if you have been searching or viewing items for a length of time it kicks you out! Do they know there are insomniacs out there !

Shocking customer service
Had an absolute nightmare over several days. Promised phone calls back. Cannot contact store to ask questions of someone who knows what they are doing. Hours of wasted time that could have been avoided by speaking directly to the person in the store. Already made two 100 mile round trips because customer services did not know the answer. No follow up

The app doesn’t do anything other than the website.
