Too hard to log in

I used a new phone to log into Ocado today. It sent me a one-time code via email. As I don’t have email on my phone I then had to log into Ocado on another device (upstairs), find the code and enter it into my phone. They said it was to protect my account. Actually it’s to keep Ocado safe. This should be simpler

Have used Ocado for several years

You rarely get missing or substitute items in your shopping, great range of gluten free foods. Really good offers and I really believe they are not more expensive than other shops which many people think.
