Checkout not working!
The app used to be amazing but now I can’t checkout after the bank approval page - I have to open a separate browser and do it that way! So annoying!

Used to be a good app but it’s gone the way of Amazon. All of the searches are filled with junk promoted products to catch your eye. A sign that a business has reached the beginning of the end.

I have only recently switched from another well known online shop - so pleased l did. The easy to navigate App plus the extensive choice of food is commendable. Delivery is efficient & friendly - very satisfied with the quality and service.

Thanks for your reply and for your suggestion. Unfortunately it doesn’t work - under the Favourites tab I only get the option to Sort (which only offers Favourites first, Price per unit, Total price, Customer rating) or Filter (which only offers All offers, New, Brands, Dietary and Lifestyle). There’s no list of categories there or at the side of the page as there was on the website. I’d be grateful for your help on this - and how exactly do I contact you at the ‘customer hub’? Thank you.

I am so glad I decided to change my grocery deliveries to Ocado…main deciding factor was the choice of M&S foods. The fresh produce is definitely better and as you state there are very rarely substitutes…delivery time is advised and the drivers are courteous and helpful. Thank you

I’ve shopped on Tesco, Asda, Iceland & Sainsbury’s all of them came with major issues I chose Ocado because so many neighbours told me how great the service is, the customer services is absolutely amazing they really care about their customers, the quality of the food is seriously amazing too, I. 1wk I’ve had 5 shops totaling £285 100% it was well worth it, I will be using Ocado from now on the service and good is why, I highly recommend shopping on this app top food top service

Confusing app, difficult to find many things. Suggestions are terrible and not tailored to what you actually eat. Coupons are poor and mainly non-existent. Why is there no customisation? Remove alcohol, for instance, seems like an easy win. And no direct way to see specials on your favourites - you have to press through three times. Seems like this needs a lot of help
But in 5 years as a customer I’ve not seen it gotten it. Let’s look to the North American models that actually get tailored for customers - you’d sell more in the end if you did!

Often the app hangs on checkout and we have to close the app and come back, or give up and physically go to Tesco

Just had my 1st Ocado delivery. I only downloaded the app 2 hours ago, ie 30 mins before my delivery (I don’t know why I didn’t notice that you had an app when ordering on the website! 🤦♀️) App is great. Very user friendly. I like the layout, colours and text size. Great content - my fav part is having all the BB dates on my order - brilliant idea, so useful! So far, I love everything about Ocado. Didn’t realise what a huge selection there was and how good the prices and offers are. This will be my go-to now for supermarket delivery. Oh and, although not about the app, your delivery guy was so polite and sweet. I wasn’t rushed at all, even though we were both melting 🫠 THANK YOU!

book a 0£ delivery slot with my mid week pass (same day) for a 100£ order and get charged a sneaky 4£ delivery charge... the anger is real

Great store but buggy checkout
Unfortunately on a number of occasions my checkout has failed when I have verified the payment in my banking app. Assuming it had gone through I’d then get on with my day only to find groceries didn’t arrive. Customer service say this is my bank issue however it’s the only provider I have this problem with and once the payment is verified the app just hangs and doesn’t finalise it. It’s a shame everything else is excellent but this issue really does need to be sorted.
