Can’t disable notifications
Despite turning off notifications in the app it continues to send messages and alerts on an almost daily basis.
I reported this feedback months ago and no change.
The messages are consistently irrelevant too!

Latest update doesn’t allow for any sub-categories to be selected when shopping! App support link on Apple App Store is also broken.
Keep seeing the same items while scrolling
I’m trying to browse the sale for key holders and keep seeing the same 20 items ! Same for Father’s Day. Making shopping on app difficult. Also app support web page from App Store is broken and a dead link so I can’t report this.

For US customers
If you’re a US customer ((STAY AWAY))… dealing with their customer service is a nightmare! I have been trying to return a damaged $3900 bag for over 2 months now! And they can’t manage to get it out of US customs! They keep returning it back to me! And I’m still waiting for my refund.. tried to call apple pay and Klarna to get my refund, but when Klarna called them they had the audacity to tell them that the package was returned to me! That’s why they won’t refund me! Not that I have sent it back to them twice so far and each time they can’t manage to get it out of customs!!! Each time I have to wait a whole day for DHL to pick it up, and DHL doesn’t always show up so I have to book another day for pick up… bottom line the whole situation is getting ridiculous and they are the worst company you can ever deal with! Still waiting for DHL to show up so they can pick it up for the third return attempt!!!!!!!!!!!
