Dreadful app from the outset
Not really a great start when I couldn’t even get past the first part of the registration process. Entered email address, clicked on Continue, and… nothing!
Some apps really are better, quicker, and more convenient than shopping on the brand website but sadly, the Selfridges’s app is not one of them.
Instead, I have deleted the app and shall continue to use the website instead despite its negotiation hell and appallingly dysfunctional search facility.

Can’t log in
After entering email, Continue button doesn’t appear to do anything

wouldn’t be so bad if it just didn’t keep hanging. Sort it out and get someone to program the app who knows what they are doing. ps my internet is fast and working!
Ordering
I give up with this App, tried submitting order and it just reverts to checkout page. Tried 4 times now, will order with different company now.
Can’t disable notifications
Despite turning off notifications in the app it continues to send messages and alerts on an almost daily basis.
I reported this feedback months ago and no change.

Latest update doesn’t allow for any sub-categories to be selected when shopping! App support link on Apple App Store is also broken.
Keep seeing the same items while scrolling
I’m trying to browse the sale for key holders and keep seeing the same 20 items ! Same for Father’s Day. Making shopping on app difficult. Also app support web page from App Store is broken and a dead link so I can’t report this.

For US customers
If you’re a US customer ((STAY AWAY))… dealing with their customer service is a nightmare! I have been trying to return a damaged $3900 bag for over 2 months now! And they can’t manage to get it out of US customs! They keep returning it back to me! And I’m still waiting for my refund.. tried to call apple pay and Klarna to get my refund, but when Klarna called them they had the audacity to tell them that the package was returned to me! That’s why they won’t refund me! Not that I have sent it back to them twice so far and each time they can’t manage to get it out of customs!!! Each time I have to wait a whole day for DHL to pick it up, and DHL doesn’t always show up so I have to book another day for pick up… bottom line the whole situation is getting ridiculous and they are the worst company you can ever deal with! Still waiting for DHL to show up so they can pick it up for the third return attempt!!!!!!!!!!!

I updated the app and now can hardly use it. Jumps around when scrolling and times out a lot!

Glitchy
App is really glitchy, you can’t search properly as it gets stuck in a loop and will only show a handful of items. Very disappointing experience
Bad lay out
This new update could not look cheaper, all the items even look blurry now and you cant select multiple categories at once.
This sucks
Nothing ever works on this app. I cannot login / buy / do anything without a dozen errors. You are losing so much money by not fixing this.
Wish list disappeared
Can’t access my wish list in the app. I can find it on the web but no longer exists in the app. You can generate a new wish list in the app but then it shows nothing there when trying to view it (even though the item count is showing above the heart icon).

Absolutely terrible to use!!!! Can’t update basic account information, I’ve been in my new house 14 months and for the same amount of time I’ve been trying to update my primary address and remove my old one and it can’t even do that. The wishlist has a mind of its own I can’t even scroll through without it jumping about. In stock/out of stock status changes with the wind. Honestly Selfridges this is basic stuff to get right. And developers - in the words of Roy Keane - do your job.
