Good but search issues
Good app but the search function doesn’t work properly. E.g. put in Ad it will find Adidas. Put in Adidas, it doesn’t come up. Also a bit confusing with where the vouchers are stored.

Trouble buying vouchers
App is generally not bad, but since it changed to Engage most times I have trouble buying the instance vouchers. It comes up with a failure error so I end up just paying with my card. I wonder if others have similar issues?

Not as good as previous app
Less functional and not easy to check balance as it guides away from app. It would be 5 star if the previous smart spending offered less. The title and logo don’t really say what it should do, overall a massive downgrade in utility and experience

Can’t make Apple Pay top ups
Used to work fine but now every transaction is showing as “risk declined”. Tried multiple banks and each shows the transaction going through and being immediately refunded so don’t think it’s a bank issue.
Contacted “VIP support” whose only level of support via web chat was to tell me to call. Useless.

Update has broken the app
For whatever reason, since the app rebranded to ‘Engage’ it has been a nightmare trying to pay for my voucher. I am constantly faced with Error: failed to load, when attempting to checkout… this is become increasingly more frustrating when using the app for visits to the supermarket.

Unable to use a number of days when making purchases from retailers on there , including today. Doesnt always work! Despite trying Apple Pay, card and restarting app couldn’t use it on a number of occasions! Avoid!

After the latest upgrade, used gift cards popped up again and cannot be archived!
First they didn’t tell us the name of the app changed after an update. Now used up gift cards reappearing in the main list and cannot be archived 😳😳
Good App
Good app and easy to navigate. However to do a quick purchase on your weekly shopping and top up card is very difficult and just annoying. Old app was better and so easy to navigate.
