App logged me out now trying to log in, asked for Magic code because I can’t remember password and code not appearing in email and no other options to get in :(
Not as good as it was
This would have had a five-star rating before the update. Since the update, the app requires more steps to log in, and isn’t as easy to navigate. This seems to be a disease, as I have other apps that have been ‘upgraded’ and are now more awkward to use, apparently without offering any increased functionality.

What Have you done
Absolutely loved this app previously have gone to use after the latest update and literally want to cry - this is no longer user friendly, I can’t find my account or my reloadable cards and keep managing to leave the hub - please please please update this again to at least give a menu so that we can find our way around it!!!! Or an option to revert back to something usable -

Impossible to search for discounts
The latest version of the app is significantly worse. When searching a name, only instant vouchers come up, not the discounts. Sometimes the discounts come up, but it seems random.
The app usability is getting worse every new release please test it before releasing.

A glitch found
There is a bug / glitch in the app on iOS. Those reloadable vouchers cannot be used as the “view voucher” option button disappears. Please fix it.
Left me stranded
Working fine and then I assume after an update I’m at the checkout tried to access my voucher through the app and I it wasn’t there. 10 minutes of turning on and off, logging in and out still no joy queue building, withering looks from the shop assistants wondering what on earth I’m doing, finally paid by bank card. Fix this quick engage as this app is currently embarrassingly awful.

There are lots of bugs in this app
The app doesn’t show Sainsbury’s reloadable voucher, I stuck at the checkout tried everywhere in the app, couldn’t get the barcode and details shown in the app. Have to give up and paid by bank card. The old app is easier to use and works much better.

Connections are always poor, slow or not working at all. Logging in is a lottery too, even though I know my password and have Face ID set
Terrible update
Been using the app for a long time without issues. Then along comes an update with an “exciting new look and feel” that gives a massive backward step in user experience (e.g. reloading physical cards now harder) and breaks some of the basics functionality. It’s now 50/50 whether payments will fail, particularly unreliable when using Apple Pay. Have also had payment taken but no voucher issues which entails opening a support ticket and waiting days for resolution. Do better!

Had to sign in through company Okta, then set up 2FA, then set up 6 digit pin. Then can't see any discounts in the app, just budgeting articles

My family has saved loads using this app. Loved the cashback on travel insurance and so many options to save. Also loved the ability to reward my peers directly in the app.
