AI is useless; staff is limited

If you’re trying to reach out for help with a code, the AI chat bot automatically kicks you out when you ask for a live agent. When physically calling, the staff cannot help you claim a code due to limited resources. I do not recommend.

Can’t checkout my basket!

I’ve received a £20 voucher from my company and I am planning to use it to get some stuffs from Boots for the Black Friday Sale. However, when I tried to buy the voucher, the app just quits automatically!! It has been happening for 3 days, and the issue has not been resolved. Please fix this!!
