AI is useless; staff is limited
If you’re trying to reach out for help with a code, the AI chat bot automatically kicks you out when you ask for a live agent. When physically calling, the staff cannot help you claim a code due to limited resources. I do not recommend.
Can’t checkout my basket!
I’ve received a £20 voucher from my company and I am planning to use it to get some stuffs from Boots for the Black Friday Sale. However, when I tried to buy the voucher, the app just quits automatically!! It has been happening for 3 days, and the issue has not been resolved. Please fix this!!

Recent versions crash when you try cash in a reward
Used to be ok but as of late the app always crashes when you try checkout with a reward voucher. Basically makes it useless to me :(

Got £131.00 once I order instant voucher I go to check out app keeps crashing.. can’t spend a penny and those are taxable… what a complete waste.

It’s not working as it should. Asking me to login then creating a pin but doesn’t acknowledge the pin.

I’ve tried deleting the app & downloading it again, but no change. And even after recently logging in, it continues to ask you to set a PIN & confirm it, but doesn’t actually save the PIN or provide the option to log in with the previously saved PIN. No issues searching or adding vouchers to the cart, but every single time you hit checkout, the app disappears & shuts down. Yes, my phone is up to date, as is the app itself. It is so inconvenient having to log in via the website on my laptop & checkout. Would be good if these couple of things could be fixed, because it’s been happening for weeks now.
