Hi, Safari extensions need to be activated and granted the necessary permissions to work properly. Sometimes, after a Safari extension has been activated, Safari might not recognize it immediately. For that reason, we always recommend closing and reopening Safari (right-click on Safari and choose Quit, rather than using the shortcut) after installing and activating any Safari extension. If, after installing and activating our Full Page Screenshot extension and fully restarting Safari, the extension still doesn’t work on some sites, we’ll need a few additional details to investigate the issue, including the websites where you’re experiencing problems, your macOS and Safari versions, and your MacBook model. You can send this information to contact@safariwebextensions.com, and we’ll do our best to help. We can also share a step-by-step guide with images to ensure the extension is activated correctly and look into what might be causing the issue on certain sites.
