FunCard Play

FunCard Play is the guest application for our children's play area in the United Kingdom. Designed for parents and visitors: plan your visit, manage your account, and use on-site features from your phone. FunCard points (in-venue balance) FunCard points are a balance that can only be used within our venue. They have no cash value outside the venue. You can use FunCard points for the following purposes: • Activate supported arcade machines by scanning QR codes on site • Pay for selected products sold in our on-site shop, where the app offers this option If available, you can add FunCard points through the app using your saved payment method. Soft play and birthday reservations Book soft play sessions and birthday parties through the app. These bookings are paid with your bank card through secure in-app checkout. They are separate from your FunCard points balance, unless the app clearly shows a points-based option for a specific offer. What you can do with the app • Top up and check your FunCard points for on-site arcade play • Scan QR codes to start supported arcade machines • Book soft play sessions and birthday parties • View venue information and manage your reservations Support, contact information, and legal information are available at funlord.com.
