Wont recommend the app
I never recommend the FundsIndia app for buying and selling of funds, it hangs sometime which frustrates to use. But FundsIndia is quite good in terms of commissioning and other service I don’t recommend the app for sure
Session Issue
App retains the login seasion and refresh is not working. In order to see the latest data I need to sign out and sign in again. Fix is required to resolve this issue.

So much fancy stuffs with little content
FundsIndia’s constantly changing UI is difficult to cope up with. Instead of simplifying the moving parts and offering more information and insights on the investment options, lots of updates are done to make it look more fancy. The UI design and development team needs a major overhaul.

Issue with iOS
There is an issue with iOS app. It says there is notification for you but there is nothing in the app and it shows the number like that for ever. It would be great if can be fixed.

I am investing with FundsIndia from
Last 7years and I would say I am one of those members who beloved in the company from beginning when they were simply a mutual fund agents and i have personally seen the organic growth company achieved all this years but looks like you guys are not able to understand the sudden shift in this business (at least equity investments) in last 2 years in pandemic, you need to be very series when it comes to equity investments now and can’t afford app bugs or 7-8hrs of downtime everyday, wake up or soon people will shift the gears (including long time investor like me who owns pretty heavy investments on your platform) and migrate to other new players who have much clean and awesome app interface and no issues.
When you are adding new functional area like equity in the app, make sure it’s complete and provide every possible feature.
I have multiple issues or observations with this app which I can’t write but can share over call
If time permits, I also want to appreciate developed about ongoing improvements but seems like you have limited development team who can’t afford to create a big impact on overall customer experience in short time.

Daily gain in portfolio
Team, could you please add daily gain column in the portfolio, it is frustrating to see what went up and what went down in a day. Difficult to understand if there is a sell off or significant gain in a particular script

Immature App for a serious business
This app is very immature for a serious business like trading. When you are dealing with money your basic calculations must be atleast correct, but more often they are not. And above all they have a maintenance of total 8-9 hrs on a daily basis where you can not access your portfolio during that time which is absurd. This app needs to grow up alot to even come closer to its competition. Grow up fundsIndia and realize that you are in a serious business here!!!!

After the latest update it is useless
It says oops something went wrong try again on the main page
Good app
Overall good app. Adding the annual returns to the display would be really great
App crashes randomly while opening
Since the past 2 days the app has been crashing in my Iphone. I am on the latest update of ios. I mean it is understandable if the app crashes for like 2-3 times. But it has crashed like 30 times in the past 2 days. Still nothing has been fixed. Either build a stable app or remove it from app store.

getting worse with each update
with last two upgrade, app getting worse to navigate. Touch functionality is badly broken. Response time is worst. It was better in earlier versions. Don’t know if developers actually use any iphone to test or just use simulator. Really bad experience. Looks like a browser app rather than a mobile.
