They cancel everything
I purchased for my husband and I. We have watched as everything included has disappeared other than the city pool. Scam artists
Lost so many included places
Started out great last year and then renewed and slowly started losing all the great benefits of the prepaid pass. No more free zoo, children’s museum, fair tickets, as well as limited days and time for other things such as city pools, jumptime, etc.
App issues
Couldn’t open app at Jolly Roger’s so had to pay full price for 3 kids. Disappointing.
Access
They need to allow access for the teens to use the app without adult to check them in
Bait and switch
A lot of the things that are free when you buy it change to just a small discount. Don’t buy it’s a scam
