Scam - over 1 month no update
Bought items over 1 month ago. Still processing apparently. Reached out on all platforms and emails are being bounced back - blocked me!! Do not waste your money, very disappointed.
SCAM
This company is a scam - they take your money and send a fake tracking number and never send the item. See other reviews as it seems to happen to everyone else. The reviews that are positive are clearly from fake accounts. “Sophie Barks” for a user? OKAY.
Fake Website/Fake App
They will take you money saying everything is on discount all the time..give you fake shipping numbers and it’s been almost 2 months and still haven’t received my item. It’s a SCAM! Stay away! I’m surprised Apple lets them have an APP on the AppStore…Google funnyfuzzy if it’s legit too there is tons of red flags that I didn’t notice at first! All the 5 star reviews are fake…also do your due diligence and report this app to Apple to get it taken down. I’m also going to report it to google.

SCAMM
Scammed out of 200 bucks for a dog bed I never received. Do not listen to their AI garbage customer service bots on here or via email. Not real. Very surprised to have found an app like this on the Apple App Store.

Be aware of this app. They are running giveaways with very prominent pet influencers, but when smaller accounts win their giveaways, they don't send the prizes. I was really excited when I won one of their giveaways, but they never sent my prize even when I kindly inquired about it multiple times.
Excellent customer service
I will forever recommend this company based on quality of the products and the excellent customer service. My sweet puppy passed away and they were so helpful with adjusting my order. I was very grateful
Fraudulent
It has been a month and I’ve not received my order. I ordered a cooling bed for my elderly american eskimo who has been sleeping on a cold floor rather than somewhere comfortable. really was excitedfor the product, but now even if they were to ship it to me i would definitely return it because i know for a fact what i intended to do was not support a brand like this.

These products are known to be low quality and not ship from China. Beware before ordering. Check the better business bureau or even Reddit before ordering.
Scam or Horrible Shipping
I’ve ordered back in November 2025 and still haven’t received anything in January 2026. Reached out to support multiple times and all I got is that it’s on a shipment to the destination country. Nothing takes 2 months to ship in this day and age. Sorry is not good enough.
Scam - no product no refund
Made an order and they’ve not responded to refund request as no product has been issued and order has now gone despite money being taken! Shut down due to insolvency in the UK
Don’t fall for the “download the app, get a discount” scam
I downloaded the app and tried 3 times to check out. Each time it came back saying “discount could not be applied” even though there were no stipulations mentioned on the code and this was my very first order. I used a lesser code and checked out anyway, but this is not a great start to my relationship with this business!

Have reported this to APPLE over 1-1/2 months ago reporting this company they continue to have the FUNNYFUZZY app to download, now with recent updates. Does that include a way for us to get our money back?
Emails saved show these fraudsters are out of the country with no intentions of shipping anything now that tariffs have been imposed and the products were sold with free shipping.
So now, no product and no refunds when order was placed in August. Communication replies from them stopped September 18, 2025.
Showed to bank today. Apple needs to remove this app!

SCAM! FRAUD!
Have reported this fraud scamming company app to APPLE multiple times so at this point, given this app is still available to download from Apple App Store (11/10/2025), then it leads one to believe APPLE gets a cut and makes no difference the company knowingly scams people with taking money, no product and radio silence after pressing for answers!
Anyone claiming to have received any product from these fraudsters is to be taken with a grain of salt doused in lies!

Do not recommend
I ordered a dog bed in August, now it is nearly November and I have not received it. It took over a month for the site to show a tracking number, but clicking on it leads to no useful information. I don’t expect to get my product or money from this company. Buyer beware.
