Guys if it signs you out and it says you're not registered, set your region to mainland china and log in again since thats the default and it should work!
Password won’t even accept
I can’t even get into use the app because the password does not let you accept any option. Despite trying multiple times, I was unable to successfully create an account. I may just end up returning this if I can’t use it remote.
App keeps on logging out
Stops working, logs out and you are unable to get back in. You need to delete and reinstall, multiple times a day.
Not Functional
Once you initially register and login, you’ll never be able to login again. Will say your account doesn’t exist but it you try to recreate your account you can’t because you already have an account. Reached out to support who wanted an ID number that you can only get when you’re logged into the app. So guess I’ll never be able to use this app. Without the app, you can’t change any settings for the litter box either.

Have to Delete and Re-Install App Repeatedlh
Once you get into the app, it’s fine. However, I have to completely delete the app at least 2x per week and re-load to get back in. It’s very frustrating and they need to do something about it.
