Just started but man, my heart
My dog died, gosh, back in 2016. Got an ad for this app and decided to give it a whirl. Instant tears with the first video, it’s pretty dang good considering the amount of photos I have of her are rather limited and I’m pulling old pixelated photos from social media 10-15 years ago. It tugged my heart strings hard so I have a hard time watching and seeing the AI-generated pics, but it’s a good thing. AI isn’t always used for good, but I think it was this time.

Lovely app, but..
It really lovely, but it currently only supports cats and dogs. Thankfully I have no passed pets of those yet, but my bunny recently passed and I’d love to do this with her. Any chance that exotics could be added in the future?

The pictures I have gotten are too similar to each other for me to waste money on this app. It’s a very good idea but if you want people to pay for this then don’t make the pictures look so similar to each other. If it weren’t for this I would try it for a month.
Terrible customer service
My dog does not have a tail, despite repeated requests, they continue to out a tail on him and do no edit the image of him sleeping to remove the tail. The “live” version is a generic dog, it’s not the same colors, coat pattern or even looking anything close to my dog. So disappointing that an app designed to help with grief is operated with zero care for client experience.

LOVE THIS APP!!!!! It brings me great comfort and joy. I’m a user from the beginning. The new added features have been a big plus. It makes me feel like, that I’m really connecting with my furbaby. He is loved beyond words.

No response from the powers it be
I’ve reached out to the company several times I joined the essential paying $70 for the year started out wonderful now all I get is pictures and cannot get them to be making it move. Very frustrated as I’ve gotten no response from anyone on why this is not working, they continually push the upgrade, which I am not willing to do. I get photos of my dog that I joined with started out wonderful and with making it move, enjoying it very much. Feel a connection with my Sweet dog that I had to put down in 2015 but as I said now I get nothing on when I tap to make it move. It goes to the next level up wanting me to join and pay. As I said, I’m very frustrated as no one has reached out to me are corrected this so I doubt seriously that I will be continuing with it once my year is up. I feel very aggravated that after paying the money and maybe getting a month of able to get the make it move out part work and now nothing but a picture and no contact or any resolved from the company itself. I’ve emailed them probably 10 times now so I hope that no one else is having the aggravation that I’m having.

Paid but doesn’t work
Pet won’t “wake up” even though I paid it just looks like it’s loading.. very disappointing
It’s close but images aren’t accurate
It’s such a cool idea. We lost our dog of 15 years last week and this was a cool app I found. But the AI generated image isn’t accurate. It lets you do a few edits by uploading more reference photos but it won’t let you give a description of what isn’t accurate. I have found that after using all my edits the images of my pet actually look more inaccurate than the originally generated image.
