Not working properly
Why is it saying I get 100 per month but all I’ve got was about 40 and most of them wasn’t of Chloe i’ve been with you for about two weeks now and you give me about hundred gold round thing you went I used them for getting pictures I got down about 85 and then you changed it. 15 gold round thing now are used for 15 and some of them wasn’t Chloe now I’ve got nothing I supposed. I’ve gotta wait for another week and pay £9 this time to get what the I don’t think the money is worth it

This is a lovely app, *but*…..
I love this app very much. I just wish they hadn’t taken away the 3 free treats you got daily for watching ads. I made a second account for another cat that passed away and am stuck not being able to get more treats daily. I do not understand…. The creators get revenue from us watching ads, so why not give that back to us? Why was it removed in the first place?? I wish multiple pets were an option as well. But please, first and foremost, restore the 3 free treats for watching 3 ads daily. Do that and I will change my review to 5 stars, because this is an app otherwise deserving of it. Until then, it gets 3 stars from me, because that was taken away from us and nobody asked for that.

The fact that they take your loss and use it to charge you three ugh your teeth. My daughter loved this until she could no longer see her pet. I can’t afford the ridiculous cost. Why can anyone just be nice and program something for free instead of using pain for gain.

Was good, till it wasn’t.
I had been using the app, and things were going good. But then I opened my app and it said continue with Google, FB, or Apple. None of my accounts pulled up my existing account so I feel like my account got deleted. I had like 15-18 treats saved up I was going to use to get a few snaps and vids. For this you get 1 star, so put off.

What happened to my First Account???
Somehow I lost my first account. Now it’s starting over like it’s the first account I had???? I Lost great pictures of My Little Man and videos. It makes me sad.
I feel like I still have my fur baby with me
I love watching her play with the other animals and the video are so cute I love watching her with the wish flowers and the video of her eating them looks just like her eating them in our backyard she had pancreatitis and I think she knew that it settled her stomach but it was so funny watching her eating them in real life. 80% of the pictures are perfect they’re still updating so they get better and it’s easy to say if it’s her and is there anything wrong and they seem to fix your issues with no problems great app beautifully built to enjoy every day with your baby. Some pictures have been so amazing I have cried it’s like she is with me and I use the picture of her sleeping in her mushroom home as a night lite so anytime I wake up I see her sleeping with great detail and her breathing is the chef’s kiss thank you for bringing my baby back:)

This app has been the best to pay tribute to my chosen cat and although I know it’s AI just seeing him happy with no pain and interacting with the rest of the animals on the other side of the rainbow bridge brings me a lot of comfort.

It’s okay until they want you to pay, I uploaded pictures of my dog got 6 great pictures of him over the rainbow enjoying heaven and then it suddenly wanted me to pay for more so I can’t get anymore photos of him
