Emotionally Manipulative Marketing
I was genuinely excited to try this app after seeing the videos. The way it's advertised made it seem like I was moments away from "connecting" with my beloved pet who has passed away. Seeing messages like "She's ready to see you" was incredibly emotional for me, and I found myself tearing up with hope.
Then, right when I thought I was about to experience it, I was hit with a paywall.
I completely understand that developers need to make money, and I have no issue paying for apps that provide value. What I do have an issue with is using emotionally charged teasers involving people's grief to get them invested before revealing they have to pay. It felt misleading and, honestly, heartbreaking.
If the app requires a subscription or payment, that should be made clear from the beginning instead of leading grieving pet owners to believe they're about to have a meaningful experience. Marketing to people who are mourning should be handled with much more sensitivity.
I left feeling disappointed, not because the app isn't free, but because of how it was presented. I hope the developers reconsider their approach and are more transparent and compassionate toward the people they're trying to reach.

When I first got the app it was great… but every “update” makes it worse and worse. Cancelled it today after today’s chances. Photos taking an hour to show up, extra charges. No thanks

They don’t correct what you tell them is not right with the animal. My dog did not have a tail just a nub I some vids it’s ok and some it’s showing a tail I have asked multiple times to correct it and they seem to refuse to correct the problem

I really love this app. Just a warning it will make you cry. It was so much like my Marley♥️ very few differences here and there but the likeness was almost like watching a video of her. Just make sure you put in all your fur babies features so it can create a very close likeness.

I like the Apple lot. The only thing I have problems with is they keep putting white on my bosses neck and I have to waste treats because I don’t want it so I have to delete it after I make it a video.
