User reviews

Misleading promotion, BUGGY app

The promo made it look like a one week free trial but no, I was immediately charged $9.99 for ONE WEEK. I then tried to use the app and keep getting a run time error (Gallery error platform exception). TOTAL JUNK APP.

UPDATE:
Response to developer feedback, also sent via email as requested:
No, I had not denied access. In fact, I was initially able to test a photo (with terrible results) and tried with a second but continually got the error. If the error had to do with access restrictions, any reasonably robust app should direct the user to change the required settings, not throw some unhandled exception (ergo, BUG). I am a software engineer with over two decades of experience. This app completely sucks.

Additionally, I am disputing the charge with Apple because your advertisement was WILDLY misleading, as many other users have complained about in their reviews. You clearly intend to make it look like a free trial and then jump right into incorrectly (over)charging the user. I’m furious about this and will pursue it until it’s resolved.

You should seriously fix these egregious issues with your app or you will continue to lose all credibility.

Response from developer

Hi Cad0227. Thank you for bringing this up with us. The "Gallery error platform exception" error is due to the user denying access for the app to view their photos/use their camera. Please email me at zach@zacharier.dev and I can help sort things out.

‼️BEWARE this app is a SCAM‼️

LISTEN to the negative reviews they are accurate.
I downloaded this app because it was recommended as a way to price furniture for sale. You cannot take previous completed pieces and get a value. The app only allows the user to snap a picture, it will give you one option, and basic how to achieve this look instructions. If you don’t like the suggestion you can click a “refresh” button to have the app give another option. I don’t know how accurate the pricing is because my piece was already completed. ChatGBT is much more user friendly.

The app allows for a “7 day trial” but the charged my card on day THREE after I cancelled the subscription. I knew immediately that I didn’t like the app, I deleted it, and cancelled my subscription in less than an hour after download. Imaging my surprise when I got a $9.99 charge on my card for this app.

Don’t waste your time or money. I’m waiting on Apple to step in and refund my money, if they say no like one of the other users I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

‼️‼️YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!‼️‼️

***Update from Apple, they denied my dispute! I asked for a review again stressing that I downloaded, cancelled subscription , and deleted app with minutes of original download and I’ve been told that my “claim and my purchase does not meet the conditions for a refund.” I’m not sure how they arrived at that answer but I’ve already disputed with my credit card company. It’s a shame that Apple doesn’t protect their clients from SCAMS! I cannot stress enough, this App is a SCAM!!!***

Misleading ~ Charged for the “Try for 7 Days”

I was charge immediately after what appear to be a 7 day trial. Apple won’t refund my money because it’s a third party app. So just be aware. I know it’s not much but that is very misleading and deceptive.

Worked for me

App said it was worth $70, but I sold it for $40 because at the end I got it for free lol
