Thanks so much for the kind words and the thoughtful feedback — this is exactly the kind of report that helps. 🙏 On Strava: You found a real one. New Strava-connected apps start in "Single Player Mode," which (unintentionally) limited connections to just my own account — so it worked in my testing but failed for everyone else. I've raised the app's capacity, so Strava upload should now work for you. Please give it another try and let me know if you still hit a wall. On choosing data streams: Great news — this already exists, it's just buried. In the Merge Preview screen there's a "Data Sources" section where you can pick, per stream (GPS, power, heart rate, cadence, etc.), exactly which workout's data to keep, and even leave a stream out entirely. You're right that it's not obvious enough, so I'm making it more prominent and adding simple on/off toggles per stream in an upcoming update.
