Used to work
I’ve used the app in the past with varying degrees of success when working remote. Tried to use it 2 weeks ago and when I opened the app and clicked the continue button it freezes and nothing happens beyond the logo showing up. Reached out to support and followed their instructions and deleted and installed 3 or 4 days times and did a hard job reboot of the phone and it worked once. Since I’ve been having the same issues and followed all of the same steps and still not working and support tells me they aren’t having any system issues

Has never worked correctly for us
I signed up with Fuse because I was promised an app to make answering calls on the go easily, and it has never functioned properly for me. From dropping calls and the call logs not updating properly it’s been a thorn in our side as a business.
Never Works
I have an IPhone 14 and anytime I answer on my cell instead of my office phone, I’m unable to hear the customer and they’re unable to hear me.
Never connect
Doesn’t connect calls or doesn’t register you answering the call. It’s just silent. You can’t hear the other person and they can’t hear you.
