There’s a wide selection of food every day I normally use it for school and I saves me so much time instead of waiting in the queue and it’s not all sandwiches it’s hot food too
Limited choices & app is glitchy
You can only pick a desert with the main meal choices, sandwich and potato fillings are limited. Doesn’t allow choice for vegetables, my child has sensory issues so won’t touch vegetables. Meaning we have to send him with lunch or pick a basic plain hotdog. Additionally the app is glitchy and doesn’t always work.

The app has constant connection issues. Never any updates available. Schools should stop using this app it causes stress every morning.

For the past month the app has been down and there has been nothing but an inconvenience for my 11 year old daughter to use with school and she as anxiety with big crowds. So disappointed with the developers not sorting this out sooner

All my friends have this app and I downloaded it today but it’s not letting me sign in and I’ve been trying my email address since but it keeps saying invalid credentials even when it’s clearly the right email address and password I put in so what do I do.

If this is a good app, then I’m the President of Amsterdam! I’ve been a professional app for 500 years and never in my life have I seen such debauchery before. I’ve ordered at least 3 rolls and I’ve yet to receive any of them, the only thing I can look forward to is my money being robbed by you heathens! Not only that but after almost 2000 Hours of waiting my pre order of Saints Row 2 hasn’t even been confirmed for shipping!! I really hope you ‘app designers’ improve you’re ‘app’ because as a professional of being touched this is simply unacceptable.

Hello! I love using this app to check menu and a lot of stuff but the hard part is I have to carry my lunch card everywhere which can be an issue for me as I don’t bring my wallet to school so if you could make a digital one to add to Apple Pay then I would highly appreciate it

I went to order my daily order of a jacket potato with beetroot and tuna, a carton of milk and a brownie to throw at an S1, but shockingly i could only have ONE TOPPING ON MY JACKET TATIE!!! AS A PAYING CUSTOMER AND A LOYAL SCOTTISH CITIZEN, GIVE ME MY BEETROOTS!!!!

The app logs you out up to 10 times some day when you go to place your order so you need to log back in and do it over and over and over again so frustrating and annoying!

Seriously - let’s get the kids using their phones more instead of speaking. It’s ok though the app doesn’t show any information so is useless. The fact it’s not designed for the screen of last year’s iPhone shows how actively it’s developed anyway!

Doesn’t work!
I’ve added this app to my sons phone. Scanned the QR code supplied by the school as instructed. Advised a verification email will be sent to the email address but nothing has been received. I’ve also manually input the onboarding code, same issue. 3 separate days I’ve tried this. Help function is useless as it doesn’t cover this issue. It says to contact the school. I give up!
