TERRBLE ENDING
I used to love this app and I expected it to take a bit while they switched banks, but suddenly they announced they're shutting down. No real explanation either. Screw these people.
STOLE MY MONEY
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. SCAM APP. They literally stole over $200 from me. They said they were making improvements to the app and would send leftover funds via mail and that was on APRIL 29. No money received. I don’t even know what to do, this is crazy. The app seemed very normal before this

Do not fall for this card. They keep changing their policies and now they are closing current accounts because they are changing to a different bank.
Was great but now it’s useless
been using it for about a year. The card and the benefits were great but now everything that’s even worth the time is behind a paywall. One of the things that I liked about the card were the cashback benefits on public transportation but now I need a membership to access that??? a membership for what??? to use a card??? also the store where you can redeem your points have been down for months and there’s no update when it’s going to be back up. I’ve been hoarding like 20,000 points and I don’t want to redeem it because some of the rewards were actually good.

Transferring to another bank
In this day and age transfers from bank to bank are instant and easy. Future doesn’t participate with that school of practice and makes you wait until the next business day. And that is if the other bank posts it the next business day. Future I am closing my account for this simple reason.
