Crashes every time upon claim submission
What a piece of junk. While the policies are decent the app is horrible. Auto entry of otp doesn’t work correctly, and every time I had to submit any claim the app crashes after you typed in and uploaded everything and click on submit. Every single time. Looks like they really don’t want you submitting claims.
P.S. updating the review several years after the above. This app is still a piece of junk. It doesn’t load any of my policies active or expired, just shows a blank page no matter what. This is ridiculous.

Payment failed
- Payment failed when I tried to pay via credit card and I have to re key in everything.
- when I am logged in, I can’t seems to buy insurance for others, it assumed I am traveling. I have to logged out to do so.

Easy to use and understand. Seamless process within app.
Unable to Login via Singpass
Purchased a policy unable to review, not able to use the app entirely. Hope it can be resolved soon.
