Crashes every time upon claim submission
What a piece of junk. While the policies are decent the app is horrible. Auto entry of otp doesn’t work correctly, and every time I had to submit any claim the app crashes after you typed in and uploaded everything and click on submit. Every single time. Looks like they really don’t want you submitting claims.
P.S. updating the review several years after the above. This app is still a piece of junk. It doesn’t load any of my policies active or expired, just shows a blank page no matter what. This is ridiculous.

Payment failed
- Payment failed when I tried to pay via credit card and I have to re key in everything.
- when I am logged in, I can’t seems to buy insurance for others, it assumed I am traveling. I have to logged out to do so.

Easy to use and understand. Seamless process within app.
Unable to Login via Singpass
Purchased a policy unable to review, not able to use the app entirely. Hope it can be resolved soon.

User friendly and easy to use app.
Worst app
Worst insurance app UX and incredibly, seems to be getting worse. Even the bots can’t bring themselves to leave more than 3 stars anymore. Don’t waste your time. Saving a few dollars is not worth the grief this app will give you.
Pretty smooth process for travel insurance
FWD has been the go-to for me esp the process is very smooth to cater for my travel insurance needs. App interface is very easy and allows most flexibility I need. I haven’t run into claims situation so far so I wouldn’t comment on that till the day I need to claim from them fingers crossed they are as good as they claim.

unable to edit traveller's particular once i have add them into my account. i have to delete the whole thing in order to make changes to ONE LETTER mistake in the name.
Card payment 3ds pay doesn’t work
After approving via bank app token, the page on FWD app stays, seems like the redirect URL doesn’t work. Tried it 5 times. Had to change to sms for it to work. SIT needed between bank and FWD

Login only can use Singpass which is not user friendly. Deduction failed 6 times before it’s successful after keying everything again
Best Insurance I’ve Had
FWD always super responsive and outline clearly what my claim covers. Have used them for years now and certainly get the service I pay for! 👍

Someone says the app is junk. I couldn’t open it at all. So it’s still a piece of junk! Hmmm, time to move to other insurers since FWD takes its customers for granted.
Disappointing experience
I bought an annual plan, recently encountered a theft case that I had to do claim. The APP is not user friendly and I had to shift to web. Claim experience was also bad, took 5 months to come back after a few calls to follow up. The claim reimbursement is surprisingly low because no receipts due to the theft. I will use FWD anymore.
