Favorite Trainer
I miss the days where I could walk into the gym and not even think about my workout because my favorite trainer already planned it out for me!! This app is my new favorite trainer!! There are a plethora of workouts to choose from so I am never bored!! The app is easy to follow and a short video accompanies any moves I don’t know. I would highly recommend this app to everyone from the beginner to the pro!!

Lots of challenging work outs that don’t require a lot of time nor equipment!!
Unhealthy
Please do not recommend calorie limitations unless your medically qualified to do so. This is beyond unhealthy and promotes a disordered mindset. This is everything wrong with the fitness industry.
Awesome workouts
Love this app! Each workout I have done has been great and the videos are super helpful. There are a variety of options to work on getting stronger, more flexible or burning calories. I don’t have a lot of time to think about my workouts so it is nice to go in to the gym with a workout made for you. If you want to get in shape this app is for you!!

Love it!
I love this app! The videos for each exercise are great, the programs are effective and the workouts are good for anytime. The best part is that you can adjust it to body weight, limited gym or full gym. Great app!
