The Sign Off app allows medical, legal and business professionals to
sign off your documents anywhere, at any time from their mobile or tablet
device.
To utilise this app you should be a user of the SpeechReport platform.
G2 Mobile offers the ability to mobilise a part of your workflow. The G2
Mobile sign off app enables you to further reduce the turnaround time of
documents. In just a few clicks, your secretarial team will be provided
with feedback or finalised documents.
Key features of this digital dictation app include:
- Part of the G2 Mobile platform
- Fully integrated with SpeechReport, the workflow platform
- Ability to sign off anywhere, at any time
- Add comments and notes to the documents
- Secure log in utilising SpeechReport credentials, pin code or
fingerprint scanner.
This app is part of the G2 Mobile portfolio, next to the G2 Mobile – Digital
Dictation application. The dictation and sign off applications can be used
independently of each other. Both applications sync with the enterprise
platform SpeechReport and are therefore no stand-alone solutions. The
app is suitable for customers using SpeechReport 2.16 and higher.
