Used the app to order ride from Hanoi to Airport. It said $260k fix price but ended up $400k. Also you’ll a local phone # to use the app

Generally we want convenient, affordable rides, less interaction with the driver,
This app fails in those respects.
With G7 taxi in Hanoi,
1) fares are generally double than other services.
2) drivers don’t know how to shut up and drive - incessant calls, loud talking to their friends on the phone.
With the G7 app for Vietnam:
3) Unsolicited promotional messages that really don’t have any marketing value
Overall this app and the service is a fail. Installed as a last resort if other apps are not responding.
