Stopped Working
This app used to work fine, but it’s logged me out and will not let me log back in with an error that says ‘This user is not allowed to query email on class’. I’ve tried changing my password and I deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing.
Won’t let me log in
Created an account in store and went to create my password to redeem my coupons and would not send the email
Quit working
I’ve had this app for years and had no problems with it until the last couple of months. Now, I can’t use it all. I have deleted it and downloaded it a couple of times, but it still won’t work. Reporting a problem with it is a big hassle. I use to get copies of my coupons in email. That has stopped also for some reason.

Terrible AP
Not a very good AP or rewards program. Won’t open in the store and points don’t transfer to AP. If you don’t have your receipt you can’t use discount coupon. Bring back the coupon game!

Haven’t been able to click on coupons or anything in the app at that. Been thinking this problem would be resolved but still haven’t been able to look at my coupons or my membership scan card.

This app USED to work, but for the past 3 months , it is useless and the webpage isn’t much better. Did ypu hire a different programmer?
NEEDS FIXED
This app is frozen. I used it all the time and for the past months it’s been frozen and I can’t use it so I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it took away my coupons.
Poor
It seems like EVERY darn time I arrive at your store and try to use your app, it will do nothing more than load the main screen. No selections (clicks) will work; it’s just frozen. Requires a complete uninstall and reinstall. Multiple times this has happened! Are you doing something wrong when you do app updates? Fix the problem!

Has been acting up. Doesn’t let me view my coupons. Has been like this for two months now smh
App glitchy, often unresponsive
I downloaded the app in order to monitor my rewards. The app was unresponsive. None of the buttons/tabs worked. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. And doing so, I had to reset my password which I did via the email link. Now I can’t log into the app.

Glitches
There has been a glitch for months. You have to delete and reinstall each time you want to check your rewards or show your rewards number to the cashier. Sucks.
