I am absolutely addicted to Popshelf. It is such an amazing story! Affordable, and everything I’m wanting from all the other stores packed into one place.
Amazing Customer Service
I was looking for some Halloween decorations for work when a coworker recommended pOpshelf, so I decided to stop by the Wilma Rudolph Boulevard location in Clarksville, TN — and I’m so glad I did!
The store was very clean, organized, and full of so many fun decorating ideas. As soon as I walked in, the first two tables of Halloween décor immediately caught my attention. I was pleasantly surprised to find most of the items I had already added to my list while browsing online.
While shopping, I asked an employee about an item I couldn’t find. She was very friendly and immediately offered to check with her manager. The manager personally came over to help, asked what I was looking for, and even checked the store’s inventory system. He was able to locate the bowls I wanted and then helped us at checkout as well.
That level of customer service really stood out to me. Both employees were genuinely friendly, helpful, and kind, and they made my first visit a great experience.
I will definitely be returning to this location. Thank you both for making us feel so welcome and for going the extra mile to help!
