Awesome store, horrible app
I have no idea why this app NEVER works!!!! If I could give it zero stars, I would. I love the store, but I don’t think I have been able to access this app once in the year and a half that I signed up for it! I’ll do update after update, try it in different WiFi networks.. and forget about it ever working when I’m in my home store location!! In the end it may actually really be doing its purpose of saving me money because I never want to go to shop at Pop Shelf!

The store is great love to shop there but the app does not work properly. Instead of responding to everyone with your email and phone number to fix the problem just do an update and fix the app.

The company really needs to work on the app.
Every time I scan an item to check the price, it either buffers forever or doesn’t show up and says error. Please update your app a bit so I can scan and check prices of items while in store and not have to always ask the employees.
