I am absolutely addicted to Popshelf. It is such an amazing story! Affordable, and everything I’m wanting from all the other stores packed into one place.
Amazing Customer Service
I was looking for some Halloween decorations for work when a coworker recommended pOpshelf, so I decided to stop by the Wilma Rudolph Boulevard location in Clarksville, TN — and I’m so glad I did!
The store was very clean, organized, and full of so many fun decorating ideas. As soon as I walked in, the first two tables of Halloween décor immediately caught my attention. I was pleasantly surprised to find most of the items I had already added to my list while browsing online.
While shopping, I asked an employee about an item I couldn’t find. She was very friendly and immediately offered to check with her manager. The manager personally came over to help, asked what I was looking for, and even checked the store’s inventory system. He was able to locate the bowls I wanted and then helped us at checkout as well.
That level of customer service really stood out to me. Both employees were genuinely friendly, helpful, and kind, and they made my first visit a great experience.
I will definitely be returning to this location. Thank you both for making us feel so welcome and for going the extra mile to help!

Great value
We had an insurance issue in our house. Everything had to be replaced in it. I have replaced all of my decorations with nothing but Popshelf. All of our family and friends have asked what home decor store I went to our store in Eden, Oklahoma. The manager Kattie absolutely has the best staff again. Love this store.

Shopping at PopShelf is honestly a therapeutic experience for me! 🛍️✨ I love discovering their stylish, useful, and unique finds without breaking the bank. They always have great sales, and their out-of-season items are some of the best bargains, you can find amazing treasures at incredible prices!

Awesome store, horrible app
I have no idea why this app NEVER works!!!! If I could give it zero stars, I would. I love the store, but I don’t think I have been able to access this app once in the year and a half that I signed up for it! I’ll do update after update, try it in different WiFi networks.. and forget about it ever working when I’m in my home store location!! In the end it may actually really be doing its purpose of saving me money because I never want to go to shop at Pop Shelf!

The store is great love to shop there but the app does not work properly. Instead of responding to everyone with your email and phone number to fix the problem just do an update and fix the app.
