Can’t update information. Website doesn’t work, app i get an error.
The company really needs to work on the app.
Every time I scan an item to check the price, it either buffers forever or doesn’t show up and says error. Please update your app a bit so I can scan and check prices of items while in store and not have to always ask the employees.

I am unable to scan anything in store. Very frustrating!

App not so good
I am looking for divided platters that I have seen in store . The app doesn’t recognize divided platters . No other platters came up either . It doesn’t understand the word kitchen either.

Horrible App
I can never get this app to work right. Constantly have to reset password. Doesn’t recognize my info in the app and won’t let me update with more info, just continually getting error messages. I love the store but the app is worthless. I am ready to delete it and forget it.
Rewards
The app is fine but I’ve had it since it came out and it has never given me my points for downloading the app (which I obviously have), completing my profile (which I have reset and given different answers too multiple times), or for shopping onna double point day (which I know I’ve done at least twice). I’ve heard I’m not the only one with this problem too.
