The app never works it just loops. I have changed my password several times and still nothing. It’s a total waste and no help at all.

I got it for a discount, that I didn’t receive because it was “not working” and it still doesn’t work always say error try again later.

Fabulous quality merchandise! Love the great seasonal finds and very fair pricing. I go often at lunch to destress from work! Always something new and fun. The candle buys are great too!!!!Thanks Pop Shelf for being a class act!!!

Glitchy
This app is so very glitchy. I can barely get it to open. When it does, it will not open the pages to the sections that are highlighted. It is very frustrating to get a notification on your phone, and then not be able to open. The Page is directing you to.

Can’t update or fix anything to gain rewards or earn points.

Amazing Customer Service
I was looking for some Halloween decorations for work when a coworker recommended pOpshelf, so I decided to stop by the Wilma Rudolph Boulevard location in Clarksville, TN — and I’m so glad I did!
The store was very clean, organized, and full of so many fun decorating ideas. As soon as I walked in, the first two tables of Halloween décor immediately caught my attention. I was pleasantly surprised to find most of the items I had already added to my list while browsing online.
While shopping, I asked an employee about an item I couldn’t find. She was very friendly and immediately offered to check with her manager. The manager personally came over to help, asked what I was looking for, and even checked the store’s inventory system. He was able to locate the bowls I wanted and then helped us at checkout as well.
That level of customer service really stood out to me. Both employees were genuinely friendly, helpful, and kind, and they made my first visit a great experience.
I will definitely be returning to this location. Thank you both for making us feel so welcome and for going the extra mile to help!

Great value
We had an insurance issue in our house. Everything had to be replaced in it. I have replaced all of my decorations with nothing but Popshelf. All of our family and friends have asked what home decor store I went to our store in Eden, Oklahoma. The manager Kattie absolutely has the best staff again. Love this store.
