Doesn’t connect to Bluetooth audio
Even when my phone is connected to a Bluetooth audio device and that works seamlessly, the guy app for some reason doesn’t communicate with this

You cannot get to the place to actually watch anything. It just circles around back to the upgrade your plan. Don’t buy this when you try to reach customer service no one is home. Rip off!
Customer service horrible.
They continued to bill my account even though I’m sure that I canceled before the free trial was over to avoid this type of situation however, obviously unavoidable as it is, I cannot log back into the app because it says account not found. So I cannot go back in and cancel anything so they continue to bill my account every week seems like daily almost it’s ridiculous.
