Can’t create an account
I try to sign up and keep getting a failed to create user pop-up with no reason why. So i can’t even get into the app - the account creation is not user friendly - how do I actually get into this app?

App is pretty good I just wish you can add workouts that may not be in the database.
Nice App, Work in progress
This app is nice for trainers looking to give their clients workouts without using a spreadsheet. It has a timer and GIFs demonstrating the exercises. The support team is fast at responding to questions and inquiries. My only take away is the exercise library. It needs more variations of exercises in which I was told they are working on. It also needs a better way of keeping track of clients progression. Currently, you have to go to the calendar and find the workout that has the last time that client performed a particular exercise. In all, the display is very nice and appealing as opposed to other PT apps.

Great For Clients and Time Management!
Still getting use to it but it is great! it helps me stay organized by putting my task for the day and scheduling my clients, specially when you are running around all day. The exercise selection makes things so much easier you just pick base on your clients needs and goals, Gain helps me track their results and saves me time!.. It’s Exactly what I needed!

Scam app don’t use!
Same experience as other trainers. I am really angry after I have received so many money request emails from this scam company. I created a test client account and I didn’t even use it. I was never told that I needed to pay for creating client account at the time I did it. Ever since then I have been receiving multiple emails requests and Paypal invoices from them for payment. If you want to charge charge it properly through Apple store subscription and inform people on your charged services. This is a company that tries to scam money from people with such behavior. Be warned!

Helps on the go trainers and clients
I’ve been a military spouse that’s a trainer for the last 6 years. The last 2 years, Gain has helped me keep income rolling in when my mother-in-law was battling cancer and then when she passed, as we traveled from SC to OK, it was so easy to load those workout and my clients never minded using the app. I had one that was a 5:30am and on a bad morning would say “just load the app please” and we’d both sleep in. Most recently, we moved and I was able to secure 3 of my clients throughout the move thanks to Gain! Give it a try, you won’t regret it.

My Fave Training App
If you’re a personal trainer short on time, but big on ROI, this app is a great way to boost your client’s success rate and give them more value-added programming. The app allows you to program warm ups, resistance workouts, TRX exercises, Pilates workouts, Yoga training, foam rolling, circuits, & straight sets for both individuals and groups. It contains a huge database of exercises for both at-home and gym clients. It takes a hot minute to get used to the programming but once you do, you can really streamline the process by saving your favorite workouts and/or searching for exercises by bodypart, equipment or modality. For every month I’ve used it, it’s more than paid for itself.

Great App; Couple of Fixes Needed For Perfection
Two pretty major bugs:
1.) Adding a client via email BEFORE setting up a group/ routine will cause the app to spam—we’re talking hundreds of emails—that client until you delete the request. Both the client (their end) and your group have to be set up first or this bug will occur.
2.) Text input in the exercise search field randomly close after inputting a single character.
Other than that it’s a fantastic service and I hope it really takes off. Just a few tweaks from flawless!

Zip code!
Any chance that this will be available for the UK? Looks like exactly the app I am looking for but can’t use without a zip code...unfortunately being in the uk means I don’t have a ‘zip code’ 😕
Get charged for not even using the app
I download this app hoping it was what I was looking for, I created an account, I saw they had a “My Test Client” pre-made profile by them and you could move around workouts and see how it worked, I notice it said that the first client was free so I created just one with my brother to see how it would work and see how it would look on the other end of the client, sadly it wasn’t what I wanted and since there is no delete my account option I just left it as it is. Today I received an email by them saying I’m getting charged for using the app and for having 2 clients! Are you serious 2 clients?! They are counting the my test client as a client! This is so infuriating when I don’t even use the app at all and they said the first client was free but I am guessing that first client was that pre-made profile by them?? This is so unfair and completely regret downloading this app now. I sent them an email to resolve this and they never replied back. I advice that no one downloads it at all!

You cant get passed the create account without a 5digit zip code which is no good in UK which doesn't have a zip code
