Why can’t I sign in on the app
App was working last month but today I went to check on my policy and I can’t sign in at all

Used StateFarm for the 1st time ever and they use these ppl. It is absolutely horrible to use their app. It tells me to use a link in an email and that link expired and now logging into my account is stupid hard… Make your site make sense!!! The stupid qoute part dominating and telling loyal customers to go fick themselves is just suicidal business. KYS type shit… StateFarm is losing my business over their lack of caring on who they work with. I’m not paying Paul for Peter to give me problems…

Literally the worst app I’ve ever seen. Won’t even give me an option to log in. Save yourself the time, effort, and heartache and just go on their website.
Fraud company
I have been in contact with them and they have lied numerous times about their policyholder. Even with photographs and a detailed police report they claim that their policyholder wasn’t driving their covered vehicle. They said it was stolen. It’s been two weeks and I have not heard anything from them.

Crap insurance
Be prepared for the runaround! It’s been 3 weeks and no one has told me anything new about my claim. They say their policy holder that hit me won’t answer the phone??? I’ve called and left several messages with the adjuster, his management, and the manger’s manager to which no one has returned my calls. Might be easier to let your own insurance company deal with them.
